Booking:-
Your Booking Confirmation Is Done With Mount View Dhanaulti Tour & Travels. The Contract Is Between The Company When We Confirm You Tour/Travel / Hotel Booking/ Transport Services.
Payment: –
For The Services, A Minimum Deposit Of 40% Of The Total Cost Is To Be Paid By You To Mount View Dhanaulti Tour & Travels. The Deposit Only To Hold The Booking.
Balance Payment:
Balance Payment Is To Be Made 10 Days Before The Tour Start. Any Booking Made Within 10 Working Days Would Be Considered To Be A Late Booking And For That You Have To Pay Full Payment Of The Services You Taking From Our Side.
Payment Policy:-
- 60 Days Or More Before Date Of Departure: 25% Of Total Cost.
- 15 – 20 Days Before Date Of Departure: 50% Of Total Cost.
- 07 Days Before Date Of Departure: 100% Of Total Cost.
- Important:The Booking Stands Liable To Be Cancelled If 100% Payment Is Not Received Less Than 25 Days Before Date Of Departure.
Cancelation:-
- 120-30 Days Minimum Deposit Amount INR 15,000 Or 25% Whichever Is High.
- 30-21 Days – 50% Package Cost.
- 20-0 Days Before Date Of Departure: 100% Of Total Cost.
- Important:The Booking Stands Liable To Be Cancelled If 100% Payment Is Not Received Less Than 25 Days Before Date Of Departure.
- Additional Costs Due To Flight Cancellation Etc. Cost Incidental To Any Change In The Itinerary/ Stay On Account Of Flight Cancellation Due To Bad Weather, Ill Health, And/Or Any Factors Beyond Control.
Refund:-
Services Which Are Paid But Not Used In Advance Confirmation With Our Executive Will Be Done According To The Basis Of Our Cancellation Policy And The Money Will Transfer To The Payee Account Who Done The Payment. Refund May Be Take 2-4 Weeks Due To Banking Process.
